OUR PROCESS
INTAKE MEETING & FEASIBILITY STUDY
Our design process starts with a consultation to understand your goals and vision. Following this meeting, our team conducts a feasibility study to evaluate your property's zoning regulations and site conditions. These steps will ensure your project aligns with your vision while meeting practical and regulatory requirements.
SCHEMATIC DESIGN
Our schematic design phase lays the groundwork for the entire project. During this phase, we craft functional floor plans and create enduring exterior perspectives that embody your vision. Our goal is to translate your ideas into a coherent design that balances aesthetics with practicality.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
In the design development phase, we convert our schematic plans into a 3D models, enabling you to visualize the project's massing and scale. System design, materials and product selections are also selected so they can be accounted for durning the construction document phase.
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
Durning this phase we produce comprehensive construction drawings and may collaborate with other design parties to tailor solutions to your project's requirements. Once completed we coordinate and complete all administrative requirements for the permit submission process.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
An integral part of our operations is our project management service. We oversee all aspect of our design durning the construction phase to ensure your project is managed with meticulous care, every detail is addressed, and the final outcome meets your highest expectations.
